Sm Hole gages

Small Hole Gages

These gages consist of a hardened split full round contact with a flat bottom. This permits measurements of small holes, slots, grooves and recesses. They are adjusted to size by a knurled knob at the end of a handle. Final size is obtained by use of a micrometer over the contacts.
  • Precision ground
  • Hardened contact surfaces
  • Split full-round contact with flat bottom
  • Furnished in case

Telescopes gages

Telescoping Gages

 (9)
Telescoping Gages are designed with a double plunger to check inside measurements difficult to obtain with inside micrometers. Compress plunger and lock into place with slight turn of knurled knob on handle's end. Insert gage into hole or slot, release and plunger expands to exact size. Lock again and remove gage to take measurement.
  • Precision ground plungers
  • Rigid handle - self-centering
  • Constant, uniform spring tension
  • Hardened radius contacts
  • Furnished in case

Radius gage

Radius Gage

Handy gage for quick and easy measurement of fillets or radii. Blade can be locked at any angle or removed for use. Each blade is clearly marked with size.
  • 16 blades included, 1/32" to 17/64" radius in 1/64" increments
  • Concave & convex radius on ea. blade
  • Each blade clearly marked
  • Steel encased with locks

Center gage

Center Gages

 (2)
Useful when grinding and setting screw cutting tools. Also has scale for finding threads per inch and table of double depths of threads for determining size of tap drills.
  • American National or U.S. 60° standard
  • Hardened and ground steel
  • Silver mist chrome finish

Drill point gage

Drill Point Gage

Designed for use in drill grinding. Versatile tool can also be used as a rule, hook rule, depth gage, try square and slide caliper.

  • Satin chrome finish tempered steel
  • Rule graduated in 8ths, 16ths, 32nds and 64ths
  • Slide graduated in 32nds and 64ths
  • Adjustable and removable end clip

Thread gage

29 Degree Acme Screw Thread Gage

This is the standard gage for grinding and setting tools when cutting Acme threads whose sides have an inclination of 14-1/2° (29 degree included angle). Clearly marked with size.
  • Precision ground steel
  • Clearly marked
  • Black oxidized finish

thread measuring set

Pee Dee Thread Measuring Set
