Depth and Angle Gage measures depth with a blade that doubles as a rule. Can be locked into position for layout or comparative measurements. Handy 30°, 45° and 60° angles marked on head. Includes 3/32" rod for openings too small for the blade.
Depth gage measures depth with a blade that doubles as a rule. Can be locked into position for layout or comparative measurements. Same as above, except does not have angles marked on head and does not include depth rod.
These gages consist of a hardened split full round contact with a flat bottom. This permits measurements of small holes, slots, grooves and recesses. They are adjusted to size by a knurled knob at the end of a handle. Final size is obtained by use of a micrometer over the contacts.
(9) Telescoping Gages are designed with a double plunger to check inside measurements difficult to obtain with inside micrometers. Compress plunger and lock into place with slight turn of knurled knob on handle's end. Insert gage into hole or slot, release and plunger expands to exact size. Lock again and remove gage to take measurement.
Handy gage for quick and easy measurement of fillets or radii. Blade can be locked at any angle or removed for use. Each blade is clearly marked with size.
16 blades included, 1/32" to 17/64" radius in 1/64" increments
(2) Useful when grinding and setting screw cutting tools. Also has scale for finding threads per inch and table of double depths of threads for determining size of tap drills.
This is the standard gage for grinding and setting tools when cutting Acme threads whose sides have an inclination of 14-1/2° (29 degree included angle). Clearly marked with size.
(7) Feeler Gages are useful for checking clearances, fittings, or gaging of various items. Made of the finest tempered steel and carefully finished to size.
Hardened and tempered feeler gage stock—straight or tapered
(7) Screw pitch gages determine the pitch of various threads. By matching the teeth, with the thread on the work, the correct pitch can be read directly from the leaf.
Sturdy steel protective case with lock
Each blade marked with size
Includes V, American National, and U.S. standard 60° threads
(7) Radii or fillets can be checked easier and faster for machining, layouts or inspection. Gages are clearly marked for easy selection of desired size.
Silver mist chrome finish steel
Radius size marked on each gage
Each set includes gage holder
Each gage has 5 measuring surfaces for concave or convex radii
(4) Surface Gage can hold scriber or indicator and can be used on round or flat workpiece. Retractable pins permit use against edge of plate or T-slot.
Combination Gage is a taper, wire and thickness gage with rule, 4-1/2" long with quick-set blade lock. The set includes nine feeler blades (.002, .003, .004, .006, .008, .010, .012, .015, 1/16"), and a taper gage for use in measuring the width of slots, with a range from 1/64" to 3/16" in 1/64" increments. Reverse side of taper gage has a 3" scale with graduations in 8ths and 16ths. Also included, a Birmingham-Standard wire gage with slots in sizes from 19 to 36, plus 1/16" and 1/8" slots. Reverse side of this blade shows decimal equivalents in thousandths.
